After nearly 20 years of learning his craft under the auspices of well-respected regional builders, George Dimitrew has committed to pursue his vision of building a selected few projects each year. These selected homes are distinguished by old-world quality craftsmanship and outstanding architecture. In 2002, Waterford Home Builders was born out of that vision.
Waterford Home Builders has earn a solid reputation for building custom and semi-custom homes that consistently upholds the demanding standards of construction and the owners firm belief in quality.
Mr. Dimitrew graduated from Delaware Valley College in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Dimitrew has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of homebuilding and construction with an emphasis on production management, subcontractor relations, purchasing and contract negotiation. Prior to starting Waterford Home Builders, Mr. Dimitrew served as both Vice President of Production and Vice President of Purchasing for two large regional builders. During his tenure, the two organizations delivered more than 5000 luxury homes in Virginia and Maryland. He resides in Loudoun County, Virginia, with his wife and two children.
